US Open Junior Champs
VICTEN will be holding its first ever under lights junior tournament on Friday 27 August and Friday 3rd September. Held during the US Open, the event will be an exciting chance for our young guns to show their skills. Schools Challenge
Congratulations to Bialik College and Armadale Primary "Old Boys" who are the holders of the school challenge. Bialik defeated Scotch, after both teams were equal of sets Bialik had a stronger games won result, well done to Ari, Jarrad, Max and Jay. Armadale Primary "Old Boys" won the senior School division, also defeating Melbourne Grammar on games after both team won 6 sets. Cam, Mitch, Mich and Dexter were a formidable team. Both events were played at the highest quality with great sportsmanship and team work also a highlight.

VICTORIAN TENNIS ACADEMY HOTSHOTS MEET PAT RAFTER
Ten lucky VTA students were involveed in a Tennis Australia promotion and got the chance to meet legendary Australian tennis player Pat Rafter. The chance to get autographs, photo's and even hit with Pat were a special highlight for all involved.
The Tennis Hot Shots program is a Tennis Australia initiative designed to get more junior tennis players involved in the game. The VTA will be fully supporting the Hot Shots program...click here for more information on our Tennis Hot Shots coaching.
